
Traditional Mediterranean salad. I like to eat it with whole wheat pita bread.

Servings: 4-6
Ingredients:
1 3/4 c canned fava beans
1 c canned garbanzo beans
4 green onions, minced
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 c minced parsley
1/4 c olive oil
1/4 c lemon
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 t cumin
Directions:
Heat beans, then drain and rinse. Toss with remaining ingredients.
